Warehousing, Inventory & Order Fulfilment

Current status — read this first

We do not operate our own warehouse and do not claim nationwide coverage. What this module provides today is:

1. Fulfilment design (whether to hold stock, where, and what it costs);
2. Matching and price comparison with local third-party warehouses and fulfilment providers;
3. Once onboarded, coordination of inbound counts, stock ledger and exception follow-up.

If service depends on an existing partner warehouse, the service confirmation states the warehouse name, location, liability split and fees. No specific outbound lead time is promised before that is signed.

Who it is for

Sellers whose volume now justifies local stocking but who do not want to lease space and hire; or merchants who already have a Philippine warehouse but lack ledger discipline on stock and exceptions.

What we do (once scoped)

• Inbound: receiving counts, appearance and quantity checks, put-away and location registration;
• Inventory ledger: available / reserved / damaged stock, periodic counts, variance notes;
• Order fulfilment: pick, pack, label, handover to carrier;
• Reverse logistics: returns to warehouse, inspection, restock or disposition;
• Exceptions: shortages, damage, wrong items, delays — recorded and escalated.

Deliverables

Inbound records, inventory reports, outbound and handover data, exception log, returns status table.

Boundaries

• Storage liability, damage compensation and insurance are defined in the agreement with the warehouse operator; we do not assume statutory custody liability;
• No "nationwide next-day" or any blanket lead-time promise;
• Dangerous goods, cold chain and oversized freight require separate assessment;
• Inventory investment and stocking decisions remain with the seller.

Prerequisites

SKU list, packaging and weight/volume data, monthly volume and seasonal peaks, inbound plan, goods value and insurance arrangements.
