1. Nature of service

This site provides information, business inquiry handling and opportunity publishing for China–Philippines business services. Nothing here constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Matters requiring legal characterisation, tax treatment or investment decisions should be addressed by appropriately qualified firms.

2. Access

• Public content is available without registration;
• Opportunity applications require truthful information; we may verify and request further documents;
• Admin accounts are for authorised staff only and must not be shared.

3. Your obligations

You agree:

1. That submitted information is true, accurate and complete, and that you do not impersonate another person or company;
2. Not to upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content, or content that violates another party's trade secrets;
3. Not to use this site for fraud, false advertising, harassment or illegal transactions;
4. Not to scrape content at scale by automated means;
5. To comply with applicable laws in China and the Philippines.

4. Opportunity publishing

• All listings are manually reviewed; we may reject, require changes to, or remove any application;
• Public content is rewritten and desensitised by us;
• We do not warrant the truthfulness, completeness or outcome of any listing;
• Listings are taken down automatically on expiry.

5. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, marks, page designs and database content belong to LINODA or their respective owners. Reproduction, republication, adaptation or commercial use requires written permission. Reasonable quotation must attribute the source and link to the original.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

• We aim for accuracy but give no express or implied warranty of completeness, timeliness or fitness;
• Business decisions you make in reliance on this site are your own responsibility;
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of data.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service with prior notice on this site. We may refuse service to users who materially breach these terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, they are submitted to the competent court at our place of business.

Updated terms are dated on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
