What this service line answers
After delivery and installation, the fault period is what really consumes a seller's attention:
- The buyer reports a dead device, a failed lock, a warped cabinet — who goes to look? It cannot be settled remotely;
- Whether it is in warranty, or counted as user damage — who decides, and on what basis?
- Shipping a unit back to China often costs more than the goods are worth;
- A locally found repairer usually has no parts and keeps no records;
- A commercial unit down for a day is money lost; cross-border round trips are unaffordable.
All of these share one property: someone has to do the work locally, and must look before acting. This line covers exactly that.
Two delivery modes
| Mode | Suits | How it runs |
|---|---|---|
| On-site inspection & repair | Large items, fixed installations, commercial equipment, goods the buyer cannot move | A technician attends by city and diagnoses on site; resolved there where possible, otherwise a written finding and quotation |
| Drop-off repair | Movable small items, batch repairs, seller-consolidated returns | The seller ships items to a local repair point, or the buyer drops them off; tested, quoted, repaired and returned |
Both modes share one process and one record set; only the location of delivery differs.
Process (identical for both modes)
- Intake: category, model, fault description, purchase date and warranty status;
- Remote triage: a first assessment from the description and photos — solved remotely where possible, so nobody travels for nothing;
- Attendance or collection: scheduled by city and category, or collected to the repair point;
- Testing: teardown, power-on test and measurements as needed, photographed throughout;
- Quotation and authorisation: findings, fault cause, repair plan and cost — work starts only after the client (seller) confirms in writing;
- Repair: parts replacement or repair, with parts source and price listed separately;
- Return and re-test: on-site jobs re-tested in front of the buyer; drop-off jobs followed up after return;
- Archiving: findings, photos, replaced parts, costs and conclusion handed back to the seller.
Without authorisation, only the attendance and inspection fees apply — no parts are taken and no work is done.
What we do not do
- We are not the arbiter of warranty liability: whether an item is in warranty or damaged by the user follows the seller's or manufacturer's policy; we provide findings and photographs only;
- We do not take on work beyond our capability: electrical, gas, pressure-vessel or load-bearing repairs are performed only by qualified personnel; where qualification is absent we say we cannot take it;
- We do not promise blanket attendance times: attendance depends on city dispatch and parts availability, and ranges are written into the service confirmation — no "nationwide 24-hour attendance" claims;
- We do not promise a fix on the first visit: faults awaiting parts come with a stated waiting period, not reassurance;
- We do not present scene images as repair records: visuals on these pages explain how the work is done, not specific work orders.
How to start
Tell us five things: category and model, common fault types, target cities, monthly repair volume and your current warranty policy. We will say which cities and categories can start now, which need parts sourcing confirmed first, and which we cannot take on — if we cannot, we say so.
Frequently asked
Do you only cover the Philippines?
Our local execution capability is currently concentrated in the Philippines, our first market. China-side scoping, supply chain coordination and project management can support other markets, but local execution is assessed case by case.
How soon will someone contact me after I submit an inquiry?
Messages received during business hours are usually answered within 2 hours; complex requirements get a scoping call within one business day. Every inquiry receives a reference number and is tracked internally.
