Local business services for Chinese companies overseas
Your local businessservices partner in the Philippines
LINODA provides local business support to Chinese exporters, cross-border e-commerce sellers, companies operating overseas and Philippine buyers. From contacting customers and suppliers to warehousing, customer service, after-sales, site verification and business set-up, we organise local staff to execute within the agreed scope, report promptly, and keep the process traceable.

Local execution
Not “we can connect you” — “we can be there”
Judge an overseas service partner by whether its people can stand on site and turn the process into records, not by who it knows. These three kinds of work are done by our Philippines team.

Equipment, capacity, stock and original documents checked against a list, with photo and timestamp records.

Boxes opened, quantities counted, documents matched; exceptions reported the same day.

Terms, progress and owners confirmed in person, cutting the loss of cross-language handovers.
- Legal entities
- A China operating entity plus a local Philippines team; contracting and payment parties are stated in the agreement.
- Coverage
- Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao; other regions by project assignment with itinerary and cost agreed in advance.
- Team structure
- A China-side project manager and a Philippines-side field lead, with one owner throughout.
- Deliverables
- Research reports, verification records, progress ledgers and stage reports, all in writing and traceable.

View detailsService standard
A person receives it, a person runs it, and it leaves a record
That is our service standard — and three things you can hold us to.
Within agreed service hours, first human response is normally within one hour. This means confirming the request, naming an owner or stating next steps — not solving everything in an hour.
Each engagement has one named owner from requirement confirmation through delivery, with no handover in between.
Contact, verification, communication and execution produce disclosable evidence and written reports that support a closing review.
Response scope, service hours and escalation channels are set by contract or service confirmation. We do not claim 24-hour human service before a real shift system exists.
Why LINODA
We do not sell information or name lists. Given a defined business requirement, we arrange contact, investigation, coordination, execution and feedback locally — by project or as ongoing support — filling the business support capacity a Chinese company has not yet placed overseas.
See the full problem list and how we work →Scope, deliverables, response hours and fee structure are written into the confirmation, so both sides work to the same standard.
Every service is marked as delivered in-house, delivered with partners, or in set-up. Nothing unfinished is presented as running.
Legal, tax, audit and customs work is provided or reviewed by locally qualified professionals; we do not issue opinions beyond our competence.
